Escape to the Ponderosa in Vermont with 18 acres of nature and two beautifully landscaped ponds right outside your front door. With a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, ponds, arcade, gym and bar you be fully entertained at the house with friends and family—the perfect setting for bonding and making lifelong memories! 

When you're finally ready to peel yourself away from the fun, you can immerse yourself in nature while walking the property with its open fields and mountain views. The house is located just two min from gourmet groceries, coffee, hiking, biking, kayaking and river fun.  You're centrally located near three of Vermont's best ski resorts and numerous amazing farm to table restaurants!

The house is a spacious four bedroom, three bath and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy all the elements of Vermont (including snowshoes, cross country skis and sleds). You'll feel right at home the second you arrive with hotel like bedding, plenty of extra amenities and brand new furnishings throughout. 

During the summer months the upper pond is stocked with trout and there are seasonal berries during the summer months all over the property to enjoy. 

We do allow up to two dogs (no cats).

If you're looking for a place to host a small wedding or celebration this summer or fall this location is beautiful. You can have the ceremony on the picture perfect lush green rock paver area in front of the ponds (equipped with electrical) and a reception in the back field with gorgeous mountain views. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note, on all eligible refunds, there is a 6% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing fees (we get charged 3% for the deposit transaction and 3% to refund the transaction).
