This property has a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house that sleeps 6 (one king and two queen beds) and a bunk house that sleeps an additional 6. The bunk house is a newly renovated guest house that has two bunk beds, both with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. It also has a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with tile walk in shower. The entire property can sleep up to 10.

 

THE LOCATION:

This recently renovated home sits atop a private 20 acre estate with wildlife and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Enjoy the splendors of the Santa Rita hills including the award winning La Purisima Golf course, countless vineyards and tasting rooms, or travel by foot or horseback to picturesque trails surrounding the La Purisima Mission State Park.

As the sun sets, enjoy your favorite glass of wine while soaking up the golden hour with bare feet in plush green grass. Then enjoy a friendly encounter with the neighborhood deer as they meander through the property while complete silence and star-filled skies welcome you into night.

For equestrian lovers, the fenced corral allows for two horses. Nearby trails allow you to ride directly from the home to the gorgeous trails of La Purisima Mission State Historical Park.

This home is on a quiet country road and is ideal for families. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

 

THE SPACE:

This property has a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house that sleeps 6 (one king and two queen beds). Perfect for parties of 6 or less. The bunk house is a newly renovated guest house that has two bunk beds, both with a full on the bottom and a twin on top, sleeping a total of 4. It also has a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with tile walk in shower. The entire property can sleep up to 10.

The open floor plan is perfect for a large family or several families getting together for a wine county getaway. The large kitchen allows for lively conversation over meals. And the spacious dining room and table allows for a more formal setting before retiring to the oversized sofa for game night or to take in your favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV.

 

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living room features a wood burning stove and plenty of seating for your whole family. Kick back on oversized corner sofa and watch a movie on the smart TV or play a board game by the fire.

 

KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious kitchen is outfitted with all of the cook ware to craft an amazing meal and the fully stocked coffee station (stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and creamers) will greet you in the morning.

Gather at the breakfast nook or serve the whole family at the six-person dining table while enjoying the views.

 

BED & BATH

This home has 1 king, 2 queens, 2 fulls and 2 twins (fulls and twins are in the bunk house).

The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser and smart TV. The primary bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower and oversized jet tub.

The second and third guest rooms have a queen bed and close access to the spacious full guest bathroom with a tub/shower. 

 

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The modern farmhouse front porch offers Adirondack seating for six to enjoy happy hour while watching the photo perfect sunset views.  

Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a bbq on the back patio while the kids play in the plush green grass. Enjoy drinks around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs, play a game of horseshoes, or enjoy an array of other yard games.

 

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a high def telescope, a new washer/dryer and keyless locks are provided. The garage provides parking for two cars and driveway accommodates an additional two cars for a total of four cars during your stay.

This single-story home is accessed via one step at entry.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
